J. Wesley Rogers, Principal
Wes Rogers holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA from the University of Georgia. He has been involved in several real estate investments and development projects across Georgia since 2001.

James B. Whitley, Principal
James Whitley graduated from the University of Georgia with a BLA in Land Planning. Since then he has been involved in the planning and development of several projects in town and has actively been a licensed realtor since 2001.

Ric E. Tomlinson, Chief Executive Officer
Ric Tomlinson brings extensive experience and reputable history of business performance and integrity in the savings and loans, private mortgage insurance, investment banking, and mortgage finance industries. Having founded Univest in 1985 by leading a management buyout of EF Hutton’s mortgage business, Ric led the company to “Inc 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies” status and recognition 2 years in row before restructuring the company as a private equity investment and development company.

Ric earned his BBA in Finance from Georgia Southern University. He serves on the Georgia Southern University Foundation Board and is an elder at Perimeter Church in Duluth, GA.

Rich McLeod, Chief Operating Officer
Rich McLeod joined Univest in 2006 and brings over 25 years of sales, marketing and management experience with global Fortune 500 companies including Division Vice President and General Manager at Nalco Company and Vice President and Business Manager at BioLab.

Rich earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, M.S. In Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and MBA from the University of Chicago. He also completed the Tuck Executive Program and Dartmouth College. Rich serves as an elder at Perimeter Church in Duluth, GA.

Dana Hamric, Vice President
Dana Hamric joined Univest in 2000 and brings expertise and experience in investment analysis, new investment sourcing, capital management and acquisition and development process management. Specializing in mixed use and land development projects, Dana has overall responsibility for project partnership structure and project execution.

Dana earned his BS in Finance/Investment Management from the University of Alabama.
